(?) Does Xpress Air provide food or drinks onboard?
(+) As part of our Premium Class service, drinks and snacks are served on all flights, and hot meals are available in over 90 minute sectors, at no additional charges.

(?) What are other departure amenities provided by Xpress Air on its domestic flights?
(+) As part of our Premium Class service, our Economy Class seats have more legroom. We also offer complimentary newspapers; subject to availability.

(?) How much baggage can be checked-in on an Xpress Air flight?
(+) As part of our Premium Class service, each Economy Class passenger traveling on an Xpress Air flight is entitled to 20 kilograms of check-in baggage with any Boeing Aircraft and 10 kilograms of check-in baggage with any Dornier Aircraft, at no additional charges.

(?) What is the maximum carry-on baggage allowed on Xpress Air domestic flights?
(+) Only one (1) piece of hand baggage per Economy Class passenger is allowed.
The maximum baggage dimensions for Boeing Aircraft should not exceed 50 cm x 32 cm x 16 cm. One (1) other small item (e.g. laptop, handbag, etc) is also allowed, and the total weight of all hand baggage should not exceed 5 kilograms.
The maximum baggage dimensions for Dornier Aircraft should not exceed 25 cm x 15 cm x 8 cm and the baggage weight shall not exceed 2 kilograms.

(?) It seems that there are upgraded aircraft security measures taken these days. What items are not permitted onboard?
(+) Passengers are prohibited to carry with them any sharp objects onto the aircraft. This includes the basic nail clippers, scissors, razors or any object that may be considered dangerous. Liquid like lotion bottles or mineral water is also prohibited.

(?) What is the check-in time for an Xpress Air domestic flight?
(+) The Check-in time is a minimum of 1 hour before scheduled departure and passengers should then proceed to boarding. The flight gate will close 30 minutes before departure.

(?) Can I book an Economy Class seat with my reservation?
(+) You can request for a seat when making your reservation through the 24-hour Call Center, however, we cannot guarantee the seat, as preferences are given to passengers with special needs, such as parents traveling with children or infants, or the elderly.

(?) What if I need special assistance?
(+) Special assistance requests for needs like a wheelchair or oxygen bottle, etc. must be placed at least 48 hours before scheduled departure through our 24hour call center and Xpress Air will assure its best to accommodate your needs.

(?) Who do I contact for special requests?
(+) Special requirements - such as parents traveling with children or infants; the elderly requiring a wheel chair; special diabetic or vegetarian meal requests can all be done through our 24-hour Call Center and Xpress Air will assure its best to accommodate your needs.

(?) What happens during a delay or cancelled flight?
(+) If a flight is seriously delayed or cancelled, Xpress Air will organize temporary refreshments and transfer its passengers to the next available flight. In extreme cases, passengers may be transferred to another airline.
